RECEPTION OF YEMENI STUDENTS SCHOLARSHIP

In partnership with Campus France, the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs will receive November 14, 58 Yemeni students who have received a grant from the Hadramout Foundation for Human Development to study in France.
 The Hadramout Foundation for Human Development is a philanthropic foundation aimed at promoting the development of Yemen, particularly through the training of young people. Since its creation in 2006, it has funded 4,000 scholarships around the world. For the first time in 2017, it chose to extend its scholarship financing program to France and concluded an agreement with Campus France, operator of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs for the promotion of studies in France. This agreement provides for a one-year language course in France to allow integration into a university degree course. 58 Yemeni students from this first class of the program will be receiving this title tonight. A second class of 50 students is expected next September to integrate masters in France.
 Committed to young Yemenis, France also reiterates its call for an immediate cease-fire, the immediate reopening of humanitarian access and the unconditional resumption of negotiations for a political solution.
