We are always caught between a regulation that does not allow competitiveness and a distribution of value that does not guarantee fair remuneration. This situation is no longer tenable. In default of having more price, because the economic actors do not play sufficiently the game of the States General of the food, new charges fall on the exploitations.-------------------------
Instead of investing its energy to create new distortions (international trade agreements, no-treatment zone, new taxes), the State should work to enforce the EGalim law to truly secure the income of farmers. That is why, on November 27, our networks will mobilize to ask the distributors and industrialists to allow the return to a decent income for the farmers, and the State to transform its promises into concrete actions: no additional distortions. All must live up to their commitments. The forms of actions will vary according to territories and productions. All information will be communicated soon. Source : FNSEA
