On the Muslim Jaroudi and the terrorist al-Zawahiri

The French philosopher (Condorcet), one of the most famous preachers of the Age of Enlightenment, says, “There will come a time when the sun will shine only on free nations alone—for there will be no other nations that do not recognize a master other than their own reason, and tyrants will not find slaves, priests and their followers from fools and hypocrites, i.e. place them, except on the page of history and stages" (1743-1794).
From Protestant Christianity to Marxism and then socialism to complete faith and conviction in Islam, where the French philosopher and writer (Roger Garaudy) announced his conversion to Islam in Geneva in 1982. Garaudy revealed in his book (Why I converted to Islam Half a Century of Searching for the Truth, p. 75) about the most important motives for his conversion Islam, most notably, is that Islam carries its banner of truth and justice and that the Islamic religion did not spread by force of arms, especially since the Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) did not draw the sword except in the case of self-defense.
Jaroudi asserts that he believes in the Qur’an and the Sunnah because the Islamic religion rejects false duality in matters of politics, faith, the mosque, and the state. In the same context, Garaudy narrated the story of his conversion to Islam when he was imprisoned in Nazi prisons in the Algerian desert in 1941. It was the first time he became acquainted with Islam after the French commander issued a death sentence by firing squad with a group of volunteers, and the commander ordered machine gun holders who were Muslims from southern Algeria shot them, and the surprise was, when they refused orders to shoot and kill them, then Garaudy knew the reason, that the religion and honor of a Muslim warrior prevent him from shooting a defenseless human being.
Knights under the banner of the Prophet:
In terms of the terrorist (Ayman al-Zawahiri), he is one of the most important theorists of the concept of global jihad (planetary jihad) and one of the most prominent advocates of infidels in societies. To avoid being accused of distorting his image, I will discuss his takfiri ideas and extremist terrorist style through his books, and it is sufficient for the reader to learn about Al-Zawahiri’s (faith and religion) by reading his book (Knights Under the Banner of the Prophet).

Al-Zawahiri says, “My connection with the issue of jihad in Afghanistan began in the summer of 1980, by order of my destiny, when I was working temporarily working in the Sayyida Zainab clinic affiliated with the Islamic Medical Association, which is one of the activities of the Muslim Brotherhood. On a field of jihad that could be a tributary and a base for jihad in Egypt and the Arab world, the heart of the Islamic world, where the main battle of Islam is taking place between Muslims and the leaders of the new crusade campaign, America, Jews and Arab rulers who implement their policies” p. 63. However, it is an odd paradox that Al-Zawahiri kills and slaughters Muslims, while devastating our countries, leaving America and the Jews. Perhaps we, the Arabs and Muslims, will be the leaders of the Crusade for Al-Zawahiri and his group, and it will be permissible to exterminate us in order to achieve justice and legitimacy in his opinion.
Al-Zawahiri confessed in his book (Knights Under the Banner of the Prophet vol.1, p. 86). As an Islamic (jihadist) group, they blew up the convoy of the Egyptian Prime Minister (Atef Sedky) in 1986 with a car bomb that was placed near an elementary school, but the Prime Minister survived the attack, and the bombing killed a (child) named Shaima, who was a student at the school, and Al-Zawahiri admits this. Insolently, he did not suffer or show any interest in the killing of the innocent girl, and confirming that the jihadist group must fight the government with all force and by any means, regardless of the sacrifices of the innocent. In the same book, al-Zawahiri admits that they blew up the Egyptian embassy in Pakistan, killing everyone inside and completely destroying it.
Based on the foregoing, we can distinguish at this level between Jaroudi’s ideological and legal embrace of the Islamic religion and the originally Muslim Ayman al-Zawahiri who exploited the Islamic religion in the most horrific of ways. And his group, reflecting the state of fanaticism and exaggeration, mixed in hatred and a desire for violence, and that the others, in the eyes of Al-Zawahiri, are infidels, immoral, hypocritical, corrupting the land who must be fought and the land cleansed of them. Until Al-Zawahiri does not recognize those who oppose him, but rather sees him as a permanent enemy who must be defeated in order for the religion to triumph so that Al-Zawahiri’s group is able to formulate strange ideas that contradict the religion itself, such as the killing of believers and the destruction of their homes.
The dysfunctional cultural structure results from the values and teachings of the Islamic religion, the dream of atonement, and the formulation of the literature of extremism and terrorism by the sword, so they grew beards and their slogan was, the Qur’an in one hand and the sword in the other. They did not understand philosophy, so they insulted philosophers, despised science and scientists, and resented literature and writers, so they disbelieved Garaudy, lied about Einstein's genius, and cursed Darwin's great-grandfathers.They denied the invention of Benjamin Franklin (lightning rod), then they killed the Egyptian thinker and writer Faraj Fouda, and they were still not satisfied, so they stabbed the international writer Najib kept in his neck.
Accordingly, it was confirmed to al-Zawahiri and those with him that they are the best nation ever brought forth to people, and that God has helped them even as they are humiliated. As a result, al-Zawahiri acted with the arrogance of his masters and sheikhs as well as the arrogance of his scholars, believing that God is with him under the banner of Islam, to kill, blow up, and innovate in slaying the necks of anyone who disagrees with his opinion without restrictions or taboos.
As long as we are in the process of Al-Zawahiri’s approach and his crimes against humanity as a result of disagreements and the confusion of the sacred with the interpretations of what God has sent down from authority, he claims that the terrorist operations he conducts bring him honor and raise his status. After more than fourteen centuries, Muslims and non-Muslims alike are victims of the takfiri ideology, especially because al-Zawahiri legitimizes terrorism through religion. Hence, religion has a unique tendency toward violence. We may call into question historical documents and reliable references in this regard, for the scientific and rational vision reflects the inability of Al-Zawahiri and those on the religion of Al-Zawahiri, because the theoretical model of these groups suffers from deficiencies in several aspects, including: deficiencies in texts, as well as deficiencies in concepts, and last but not least, shortcomings in work. .
In terms of texts: we find that the writings of the founders were nothing but pamphlets, rhetorical sermons, detailed commentaries, and quotations from the books of some jurists. As for the conceptual flaws, they are represented in the issue of the Islamic society, which must be based on virtue. Praise be to God, it was evident through the experience on the ground that there were flaws in the work.
